By accessing the Scar52UEFN platform, browsing the shop, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on Scar52UEFN — including Verse scripts, 3D models, UI assets, map templates, videos, and written materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Scar52. You receive a limited license to use purchased items as defined in the applicable product license. No ownership is transferred.

• →All source files remain the property of Scar52.
• →Licenses are non-transferable and non-exclusive (except custom commissions).
• →You may not claim authorship or original creation of purchased assets.
• →Unauthorized redistribution may result in DMCA takedowns and legal action.

Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a breach of these terms:

• →Reselling, redistributing, or sharing purchased files with third parties.
• →Publishing or uploading purchased assets to any asset store, marketplace, or public repository.
• →Using purchased assets in ways not permitted by the applicable product license.
• →Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source data beyond what is provided.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Scar52UEFN uses passwordless OTP authentication — you are responsible for securing access to your email account.

Payments & Billing

All payments are processed through Paddle (cards and PayPal) and NowPayments (cryptocurrency). Scar52UEFN does not store payment card data. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

• →All purchases are subject to the Refund Policy (no refunds on digital goods).
• →Paddle and NowPayments may apply their own terms and conditions.
• →Failed payments do not grant access to purchased content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Scar52UEFN does not guarantee that assets will be compatible with every future version of Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) or Verse. Updates are provided at the creator's discretion.

Changes to Terms

Scar52UEFN reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
