Frequently asked questions
Quick answers before you open a ticket.
It depends on scope. You get a fixed quote inside the ticket before any work starts — no surprises.
Small scripts take a few days to a couple of weeks; full maps run from several weeks to a few months. You get a timeline together with the quote.
Yes. Custom work is exclusive to you and never resold. You get the full source.
Usually split — part upfront, part on delivery. Agreed in the ticket before we start.
Open a ticket with your Order ID. I repair or replace it at no cost, for as long as the product is on sale.
Open a ticket and tell me the product, the payment method and what you see on the screen — a screenshot helps. If you were charged but the product isn’t in your Library, send the receipt and I’ll sort it out.
There is a short limit on repeated downloads — wait a few minutes and try again. If it still fails, send a screenshot in the ticket.
All sales are final — digital files can’t be returned. If something is broken, I repair or replace it. Details are in the Refund Policy.
The email can’t be changed. To delete your account, open a ticket and I’ll remove it manually.
