No Refunds

Final Sale Policy

All purchases made on Scar52UEFN are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is confirmed and access to digital content is granted, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense:

• →Files are downloadable immediately after payment confirmation.
• →There is no way to verify that a buyer has not retained copies after a refund.
• →This policy protects the integrity of our intellectual property and creator earnings.

Custom Work — No Exceptions

For custom commissions (Custom Map and Custom Assets), the no-refund policy is especially strict:

• →All deposits and full payments for custom work are non-refundable.
• →Development costs are incurred from the start of any commission.
• →If a project is cancelled mid-development, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts and pursue legal remedies for fraudulent chargebacks.
