Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please read this policy before purchasing.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases made on Scar52UEFN are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is confirmed and access to digital content is granted, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense:

  • Files are downloadable immediately after payment confirmation.
  • There is no way to verify that a buyer has not retained copies after a refund.
  • This policy protects the integrity of our intellectual property and creator earnings.

Custom Work — No Exceptions

For custom commissions (Custom Map and Custom Assets), the no-refund policy is especially strict:

  • All deposits and full payments for custom work are non-refundable.
  • Development costs are incurred from the start of any commission.
  • If a project is cancelled mid-development, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.
  • If I am unable to complete a commission for any reason on my side, you receive a full refund of the unearned portion, and any work already delivered stays yours.

If Something Is Broken

If a file is corrupted, missing, or does not match its description, open a ticket. I will repair or replace it at no cost, for as long as the product is on sale. Refunds are not issued — but you will not be left with a file that does not work.

Chargebacks

Please open a ticket before starting a chargeback or a payment dispute. I reply within a day and fix most problems on the spot. A chargeback filed without contacting me first may result in account suspension, and fraudulent ones are pursued.
