24 ranks kept between matches, see who eliminated you, player stats widget
A 24-rank ladder that writes points, kills and minutes played to the player's Epic account, with a rank gauge and a live board on screen.
Without a ladder to climb, a player's session ends and nothing carries into the next one. This gives them 24 ranks, with points, kills, deaths and minutes played written to their Epic account. Place one device, set two numbers, and the ladder prices itself.
What it does:
🏆 24-rank ladder: Unranked, then Bronze through Champion in three divisions each, then Unreal and Unreal Legend — 11,456 points end to end at the defaults, repriced from two fields.
💾 Saved to the Epic account: Points, kills, deaths and minutes played persist between sessions — players come back to the rank they left on, not to zero.
📊 Rank bar on screen: A radial gauge in the rank's colour and icon, green banners on gains, red on losses, a top-five board with the viewer's own row, and a panel naming who eliminated them.
📋 Player stats widget: A button opens a full record — avatar, name, rank, total points, place in the lobby, progress to the next rank with both thresholds, kills, deaths, K/D and time played.
🔗 Two-way trigger wiring: Any trigger can pay points, a rank change can fire a trigger carrying that player, and linked guard and NPC spawners make bot kills count — rewards and rank-gated doors get built with devices, no code.
What you can change: Points per elimination, per minute played and points lost per death; a separate value for every linked trigger; the first rank's cost and the curve, which reprices all 24 ranks at once; rank protection, so a losing streak can or cannot demote; and the season number, which starts everyone over. All 26 settings sit in the rank device's panel, in five folders.
Requirements & setup: No Verse knowledge needed. Drop the RankSystem folder into Content, place one rank device and set your point values; linking spawners and triggers is optional. Test buttons add and remove points, fill the leaderboard and play the elimination panel before you go live. Island memory: 7 MB.
What's inside: 2 commented Verse files (the rank device and the ladder), 3 widgets (rank bar, statistics screen, exit button), 9 materials and 41 textures including 24 rank icons, 5 sounds for rank up, rank down, elimination, hover and click, and documentation covering all 26 settings.
Good to know: One rank device per island — a second one runs a second copy of everything. Rank names, icons and colours live in RankLadder.verse rather than the device panel, so changing them means editing the file. The leaderboard holds six rows: the top five plus the viewer's own, and the folder layout has to stay as it is.
Support & updates: Lifetime updates included — if a Fortnite patch breaks something, the fix ships free. Direct support on Discord, usually the same day.
